They helped me get a refund for a purchase I was not able to use due to my location banning sweeps casinos. Highly recommend.

Thanks Robert, glad we could get the refund back for you. Mike
Really glad to see a site where you can not only read insightful reviews of various sweeps sites but they will also fight on your behalf if you’ve had problems such as stalled redemptions, account closures and any other kind of issue a social casino may pose. They’ve helped me before and are always quick to help and stay on top of things. Highly recommend!

Thanks Laura! Glad we could help last time, and good to hear the reviews are useful too. We'll keep staying on top of things. Mike
Mike was amazing. He wasted no time writing to both casinos that had my redemption pending for over a week due to there compliance reviews, but Mike got right on top of it and both sites payed me within 24hours of him reaching out to them. I definitely recommend using this site to settle any online casino issues, he will definitely get right on top of it.

Michael, over a week in compliance review with no end date is a long time to watch a balance sit there. Glad both of them paid inside a day once we wrote in. Thanks for coming back to say so. Mike
Quick to respond.. and quick to make sure these goofy sweeps casinos don't pull any bull-ish.. they be actin like they are for the people when they indeed, are not. Thanks Mike!

Thanks William! Glad we could move quickly on it. Sites that talk like they're on the player's side should have to act like it, and we'll keep holding them to that. Mike
Mike was really helpful. He tried to contact Lucky Stake for me, they wouldn't talk. He responded to me to let me know what happened and directed me on how to proceed. After about 2 months, I finally received my winnings. Thanks again!

Thanks, Victoria. Really glad the money finally came through after two months of waiting. Thanks for sticking with it and for letting us know.
Had a site ban and confiscate my balance rather than pay out a big win. Mike was very helpful in navigating the process of getting them to pay out.

Thanks, Perrin. Getting banned right after a big win, with the balance taken, is a rough spot. You stuck with it until they paid, and I'm glad I could help you through it. Enjoy the money. Mike
SweepsGuard is legit. It’s so useful for MANY different things in the space.

Jeff, appreciate you saying so. If there's anything else we can add, let us know and we will take a look. Mike
SweepsGuard immediately attempted to contact ThrillCoins casino for my case. Mike was awesome. However, the money ThrillCoins owed me was paid before Mike of SweepsGuard could move forward on any further action. In any case, I still recommend SweepsGuard!

Thanks Antonio, and I appreciate you being straight about the timing. The money landed before I got anywhere with them, and that is worth saying out loud instead of letting us take credit for it. If a redemption of yours ever stalls again, the complaint form is on sweepsguard.com. Mike
