Hey there everyone. Seems like plenty of people are having a similar issue to me. I placed my order on May 4 for the buy 1 get 2 free deal and I still haven't recieved any update as to my orders whereabouts. Constantly checking the websites tracking and the shop app for any changes, nothing thus far, states order is ready to ship. Have also inquired on Instagram profile and email to no reply. I understand they have orders backed up, but the non existent communication is seriously unprofessional. Am hoping for an update soon. Very excited to get my sabers and am being very patient. As I first time buyer, the lack of communication is very concerning. Order #5604

Sabers ordered back in May on buy 1 get 2 free deal. After paying they then demanded a further £60 for UK VAT. Not mentioned at time of purchase and no way to cancel the order. Still waiting for sabers 6 weeks later. Was told they would ship 10 days ago and arrive 3 days later. Now not replying to messages. Update on 5th July. Raised dispute via PayPal on 21st June. Still no response from company. Update 20th Sept: The company never replied to the paypal dispute so I received a full refund from Paypal.

Received my first ever set of sabers, for dueling, and so far I have been very impressed! Took a little while to figure out the controls as the text didn’t quite make sense to me (acronyms like bgm “background music” and foc “flash on clash” were new to me) but a quick search online sorted it. The handles look amazing, and the colours are good in the blade. Customer service was quick to get in touch with me, and reply to my queries. Can’t recommend them enough!

It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t seen my order Terrible

i buy 3 swords on 07-05 it was ready for shipping on 20-05, but it's now already 30 days later and it's still not shipped my order number was 5750 i have sent them massage on site, but not a singel answer back i live in europe maybe that is the problem, i don't know but i hope they will answer on this forum, i wil get a message because i have lost all hope now

The Sabers that I have received are incredibly high quality and strong sabers, the whole process of getting the sabers went smooth and I got them within a week or so of ordering, I could not be more impressed.

I was very exited to spend a good amount of money on a swa pixel blade lightsaber. I placed the order on may the 2nd(2025). I knew it would take time to get my order, but I didn't expect this much time and such poor communication. I don't mind if a company is busy making orders before mine, I would just feel better if they would consistently communicate with me after spending a few hundred dollars. I don't hate SWA I am just concerned as to if my order is ever coming. I can't even communicate with them... Order number: 5464 Update: 7/12/25 Still no response or word back from SWA.
