Here is a simple way to put this: I paid nearly $400 for nothing. I email support and got no answers, did their chat bot thing and got nowhere, and now I’m ghosted. I waited patiently, mainly due to my embarrassment at having fallen for a scam, but it’s been over a year with nothing. I bought these so my husband and I could duel at our wedding later that year. Ordered them in March, got the confirmation email and everything. Never came even to this day. Delivery address and everything else was right, but nothing was ever shipped. To make matters worse it keeps asking me for a review… so here it is: this was the most expensive mistake I’ve ever made. Stop asking for a review. I left them unblocked in case a miracle happened, but I just keep getting asked for a review.

Update: More scam behavior. SWAsabers issued a store credit refund, but i am unable to use the 77% code that was used to make the original purchase. So, now they have my $$ tied up in my shopify account. It cant be transferred to another person or used at another store. If i attempt to purchase the swa pixelblade starter saber, i originally ordered, that store credit barely covers a fourth of the cost while i appreciate the gesture of the refund, store credit without the 77% off discount code is unacceptable. 100% a scam. They sent the wrong cheaper item. They have zero support and don't respond to their info at swasabers dot com email address. Do not order from this company. They're likely drop shipping items from a chinese warehouse anyways, they aren't making these themselves.

I live in Norway and got my order in 12 days and that was way faster then I thought. Very happy with the sabers! Been waiting a long time for this. I will be getting more

It’s a great first saber! I definitely will get more. Biggest issue was the wait time for delivery, exceed the 5 day window for sure took about 2 weeks for mine! Regardless, nice hilt, love the choice of sound and the background music that you can play off it. Will definitely be saving for a neo pixel version

This company are brilliant, lightsabers are spot on and really cool on display with different colors and sounds and many more I would highly recommend only had one issue which was my fault 🤣 and they got back to me very quickly and helped me sort my issue within minutes.

I own 7 now, and I love the durability! Warranty seems limited, but no damage so far, and blades are generally lore accurate and just very cool! Don't expect them to deliver in their self-prescriped 5 day window, but if you reach out early, you can generally get a hold of their great customer service and get it within a month.

Shipping is longer than stated. Also, at first there were some timing mismatches with the sound-font-change sounds (not with the actual lightsaber sounds though). BUT these lightsabers are amazing. We got a combat saber with the two free deal, so three total. They feel so nice, easy to charge, and sound insane. A gift for my dad but my wife and I are probably getting our own because they are so cool.
