Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this has caused. You should have received a purchase confirmation email at the time the order was placed, followed by a shipping confirmation once it was fulfilled. Sometimes these emails can land in spam or promotions folders, but we’re more than happy to resend both confirmations to you directly. Regarding the glasses and missing case, that’s absolutely not the experience we want you to have. All of our glasses are intended to ship with a protective sleeve, so if one was missing or the incorrect item was received, we want to correct that immediately. Please reach out to our support team with your order number or the email used at checkout, and we’ll look into this right away and make sure you’re taken care of. We truly want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible and avoid any need for a chargeback.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We’re thrilled to hear how much you love your glasses and that they’ve become an essential part of your daily routine. Spending long hours behind screens can be tough on the eyes, especially after dark, so it’s great to know the glasses are helping protect your eyes and make screen time more comfortable. We truly appreciate your support and trust in Swanwick! -Swanwick Customer Care Team

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We truly appreciate you highlighting both experiences. We’re really glad the communication around the back-ordered night light helped make the wait easier, and it means a lot to hear that the delivery updates felt clear and supportive. It’s also wonderful to know the blue light blocking over-glasses have become a calming and comfortable part of your nightly routine. Hearing that the motion-sensitive red night light has been a game changer for nighttime bathroom visits is exactly why we created it! Minimizing sleep disruption while keeping things practical and gentle on the eyes. Thank you again for your recommendation and support. Reviews like yours help others feel confident choosing Swanwick, and we’re grateful to have you as part of our community. -Swanwick Care Team
