Dear Joann, Thank you for your comments and we are so glad to know that you have enjoyed working with our team at Swain Destinations. We value your support. Kind Regards, Anne Pace Customer Success Manager
Our trip that Swain Destinations planned to Africa was great from start to end. Planning was very easy and the entire trip was seamless. We were there almost three weeks and stayed in 6 different locations. We never had to worry about our next location or any logistics in moving from place to place. All internal transfers and flights were handled and everything was planned out down to the small details.

Dear Nicole, Thank you for your follow up to your Africa trip. It is truly a pleasure to know that you experienced such a great trip, with all of the arrangements working smoothly during your stay in different locations in Africa. Kind Regards, Anne Pace Customer Success Manager
I have been dealing with Swain Destinations for over twenty years. My clients have always been delighted with their excellent products and services. Grant St. Clair has helped me give them a wonderful holiday experience they will remember all their lives. Should they have any problems while away on their trip, the Swain 800 number office there has solved all their needs. Potential travelers appreciate all the information in the Swain Destinations brochure I give to them.

Australian DREAM VACATION!! The Swain Destinations team took a 28 year old dream of two young kids, and turned it into a trip of a lifetime. They are a true CLASS ACT and have earned my business from here on out. They scheduled 15 days of Australia, starting in Sydney, migrating to Ayers Rock, then Cairns to Port Douglas, Brisbane and back to the US. Site seeing, hiking mountains, hugging koalas, diving the great barrier reef, dinner cruise, car service....I cant tell you how impressed I was that everyone from age 12 - 72 was included in EVERY activity - EVEN THE ZIP LINING!! GREAT JOB!

Excellent job with planning our New Zealand trip, with tailoring to our interests, attention to detail, and great follow up. There were very few glitches, and these were dealt with promptly and effectively. Kathryn, our travel advisor, was very knowledgable, conscientious, and pleasant to work with. Great job team Swain!
