Timber's proactivity allowed me to satisfy the concern of my client who was unable to use the new money coupons on the IMC01 counter. I thank him again for his promptness whenever I needed his service.

Using and ordering this for the last 4 years now. i was already amazed with the build and quality of the product but now when i had issues with one of the machine that was almost an year old the support tech was great. he not only helped me with the troubleshooting but also sent me a new machine with newer model for free along side some receipt labels as well. Loved the support provided and in 30 mins it was resolved. I have dealt with High end Receipt printers too but did not get this kind of services. A great solution if you want to save at least 50% of the money.

This Machine is very convenient to use and time saving. Customer service was amazing. Had some issue in the beginning, but got a replacement sent to me immediately. Timber was incredible helpful and informative. I will highly recommend this product. Very well satisfied with the entire experience.
