They were attentive, prompt, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Without any hassle, they quickly sent me a replacement product, which has been working perfectly. Since there is no service in Turkey, I wrote to the Svakom service and they mailed it to my address free of charge, saying that they would replace my defective product free of charge.
