Very nice company !

Had a problem with one of their products, once the necessary information was provided they shipped me a new one in no time. Didn’t try to shift the blame, didn’t ask any unnecessary questions. They were thorough, helpful and very kind. A great example of how good customer service leaves a client satisfied and improve customer loyalty despite a product may fail. Now whenever I see their name on a product, I will be more inclined to purchase.

Wonderful and polite customer service. They helped me trouble shoot my issue and when that didn’t work, they had a replacement out to me the next day. I love their products and will continue to purchase new items as they come out. Thank you!

Great product, great customer service

Great customer service and they really honor their warranties'. Usually places might try to give you the run around when you go to try to claim a warranty or make you jump through hoops, but they respond quickly and the process is very smooth
