The platform is easy to use and has a lot of (free) in-built tools. Definitely recommend this for market research or more comprehensive research projects.

Nice survey method, technology works fine, love the chat format ... can image using it for more purposes. In the pricing plans should be included a "use once" option. The monthly plans for small businesses are too expensive for what you need. Though it's a good price for who works with surveys often.

Very easy to use with substantial logic for almost all use cases whether it is a survey form or QnA.

it was inconvenient to have to pay per member for the 360 evaluation, and not being able to use anything else other than the 360. also no option to download the full Reports for all of the individuals in one excel, and will have to go one by one. cost is high and no benefits provided except the 360 survey thats it. and it is limited by subjects which isnt right.
