I chose SurveySparrow for a survey related to my PhD research. I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the options available with this tool. I finally passed my PhD defense in 2020 for which I will forever be thankful to surveysparrow. Highly recommended!

I found it difficult to find the information I needed on the site. I opened a chat, and although it took a little while to get a response, when I received a response the account manager was helpful and we set up a call to discuss everything later that day.

Well, SurveySparrow has been my first priority when coming to collecting feedback or making surveys. Great User Interface with excellent features. I would recommend this to everyone.

In general I am very impressed with SurveySparrow—it has lots of features and great customisability. However, at the start of using this product, I had issues with embedding the form to our website, which were not on our end. Also, one day the whole admin panel just froze (surveys were working fine). Everything was fixed in the end, because the support was great and kept with me in touch the whole time—it was a pleasant surprise.
