Terrible service today at Southlake location! I was trying to get help from a Hispanic lady when every other employee was busy and when she wasn't with a customer and saw I needed help she ignored me and went to the back and never returned. Very rude when I was trying to get help. Don't come here if you want customer service.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUR LA TABLE. Earlier this week my wife placed an online order and Sur La Table charged my credit card 12 extra times for the same amount. My credit card company , fraud division, called me about this and cancelled my credit card, all right before Christmas. When I called Sur La Table I was told they were having" billing issues". Of course they are still pursuing those 12 extra charges on my credit card. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

This is a horribly run company. I’ve been sent the incorrect item by them on more than one occasion. When informed of their error they were unable to provide the items I had actually purchased. Don’t stay away, run away!

Horrible customer service, rude representatives. They never deliver on their promised shipping dates + they lie about their available stock on their website. Would give them a 0/5 if possible.

Awful customer service! Placed an order 11/3/20; it's now 11/30/20 and still not received. I have made numerous calls checking on it and there is always an excuse. I called today only to learn that they cancelled my order. I didn't ask for it to be cancelled. Who did????? If I could give them a zero star rating, I would!!!!!

Hi, I am Antonio and I bought 2 gummy molds 11/17/20 and my order was processed and shipped 2 days later and in one day I received my item! I was a little skeptical about this site and expected a minimum of a week but it was delivered a lot faster then expected. This site is trustworthy for me.
