So far I'm in the learning stage, but I'm very impressed so far. The customer support seems brilliant and fast. The product seems really intuative and simple enough to use. I'll be using it for 2 different projects, 1 selling products and the other selling subscriptions and it seems more than cabable of doing both

New SureCart user here. Soooo many emails with support as I got stuck in a ”loop” with a form for a client (we are in Sweden). The issue was a simple selection (I previous experience with WPforms) of menu choices. Support got an admin login and fixed it for me workout having to go to test mode. Happy client with 365 guests booked for an event. Thank you Nodari and technical team!

I installed SureCart and SureMembers onto a new web site to enable me to sell memberships and restrict content. I simply couldn't get it to work and so reached out to the support team for advice. Nodari has been exceptional in supporting me through what turned out to be a plugin clash. Nothing was too much trouble for Nodari - even creating screen capture videos to assist in my understanding. I have plans for two more web sites that require online stores- goodbye WooCommerce, hello SureCart!

As long-time WordPress developers, we have been used to the complexity and ever-changing nature of WooCommerce, but last year, in the midst of an urgent re-platforming project for a nonprofit, we took a chance on SureCart and we don't think we'll ever look back! Part of why we trusted SureCart is because Pee-Aye Creative makes add-ons for it. We figured that if Nelson Miller trusts them, we could trust them, too. We are so glad we did. There is definitely a learning curve for implementation (we spent a lot of time migrating customers from the previous platform into SureCart), but SureCart support has been there for us, every step of the way. Their support is promptly responsive, diligent in follow-up, and treat us with respect. Following KB articles to configure the settings was easy and straightforward - it made it a breeze to get our client set up exactly as they wished. Our client remains quite happy with the tool as well (which was crucial for us in this case, as we provide them ongoing support and dev services), and the ability to govern multiple stores while isolating each store for our clients has been great. Our license is one that doesn't require ongoing fees, but during our initial vetting of the product, the fees were reasonable enough that we didn't hesitate to buy. We can't wait for the next chance to use SureCart in our next ecommerce implementation. We expect to move at least one of our existing customers that's on Woo over to SureCart alongside a theme upgrade later this year. I installed Surecart on my website because it seemed like a good light weight option compared to woo. While setting up my shop I had a few styling problems that I couldn't figure out. Reached out to them and got response rather quickly. The response was very clear and helped my figure out my problem right away. Would highly recommend them as a great product and just as good customer support.
