JJ from customer support was really great. My order had not arrived and JJ responded immediately and took care of it. Much appreciated.

I placed an order on Dec. 25, 2024 Today is Feb 9. 2025 and I haven't received my order or been given a shipping update. I tried to email the company but it was sent back as undeliverable. Since this is the only way to contact them I'm just out the money that was taken out of my account on Dec. 26th. Buyer beware!
