Delivery error
Not only was the delivery a day late, the customer service representative forgot to change the address. This forced me to spend 2 hours waiting in a truck only for UPS to never even show up. This could have been avoided if your customer service representative hadn't forgotten to change the address.

Dear Mike, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration with the delivery experience. We would like to clarify a few important points: As stated in our delivery policy, for orders under $200, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery to the next available date. Your request to change the delivery address was received after the items had already been dispatched. Unfortunately, once an order is in transit, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address. The following day, we informed you that UPS was unable to complete the delivery and suggested contacting UPS directly to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response from you. We understand that waiting for a delivery can be inconvenient, and we regret the frustration this situation caused. However, we would like to emphasize that the address change was requested after dispatch, rather than being overlooked by our customer service representative. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing reliable service to our customers. Best, Supply Ontime
