SuperLogicsReviews of superlogics.com

Super Logics paid attention to the urgency of my request. The first application we choose was out of stock, so without even having to ask... Super Logics found a suitable replacement option to present to us. They were prompt in their service and shipment. We will definitely purchase through them again!!

I needed to add a ethernet card to a superlogics computer we have but we were missing the PCI-E 1X right angle connector. I called superlogics on the phone and they directed me to order a specific part. It came quickly but unfortunately it didn't work for the case we had in that there was a 1" gap between the card as installed in the case and the right angle connector. I ended up modifying the case to get it to work.

Excellent service with courteous sales and service staff. My purchase was received on time and in full. SuperLogics followed up with email to confirm

We received a dud computer and still working on exchanging it. I've had good experiences in the past.

With so many buying options out there, it is always nice when you stumble across a "hidden gem." The kind of company that isn't so big to be too corporate or mainstream, but still fully established with a great product line and outstanding personal service. SuperLogics is just that kind of company. I have used SuperLogics for several machines and the experience and pricing has always been better than I could have hoped. You get exactly what you ask for, you get top notch service and support and the machines they build are top quality ... especially given the price. When you find a company like SuperLogics, you simplify your life because now you know you have a supplier you can always count on. Highly recommend doing business with them.

I've ordered a number of SuperLogics rack-mount systems both at work and for home use. Never disappointed. The enclosures are well designed, solidly built, with good fit and finish. Their system builders install all the accessories you order and tie all the cables up neatly. The software install CD is free from "crapware" and contains exactly the drivers you will need (I can only speak for a Windows setup). Manuals for the OEM motherboard are there too. I also appreciate the emails after ordering: you get a nice confirmation of exactly what you ordered and when it will arrive. I have not tried their customer service. Didn't need to! But it might be good to call them before committing to an order on a custom system... so many options.

was led to believe that I would receive sooner than it was received.

I have bought several custom PCs from SuperLogics with specific tasks in mind. I have received competent assistance in choosing and configuring the right machine for the designated purpose and environment. Speaking as IT in a manufacturing environment, I can say they offer a cost effective solution for most applications.
