Superlogics has always felt like a part of the team, and that means a lot to me. When we need to order units, we get personalized service from the same person we deal with every time, and he knows the "drill" with our units and the entire process of ordering is a piece of cake. That's not to say we haven't had a unit or two go out differently in some way than we expected, and I think we've had one unit that had an issue upon arrival, but given the amount we order that's only to be expected with ordering different configurations of units and I'm quite happy it's only been a few. When there is a problem, as I recall it's been so long ago, we get expert help resolving it quickly. I don't think I could be happier.

Great computer, great size. Rack ears a little oversized, had to file them down to fit into the 19" rack. Everything else good purchase.

The PC runs great so far. The front USB jacks even work now (on our older units those are miswired). I forgot to order a DVD drive, I wish the sales guy had asked me if I want to supersize anything when I requested the quote :-)
