I would recommend using these guys if you need a rack pc built and shipped without any issues. They are fast and reliable and can answer most questions you have about their products.

As a Consulting Engineer designing the 54' expand TV Production trucks we have many computer requirements. The Super Logic rack mount units have proven themselves to be the must rugged and reliable units out there. We can not afford down time and Super Logics has always been there for me. They have the best customer service.

The servers arrived with the CD/DVD drives mounted but the connectors to the motherboard were not there. Ou tech took about a day to figure out what the issue was. This was the case on all 3 servers we ordered. The servers were ordered around the time of the snow storms out East. I understand this is uncontrollable but did not receive any shipment updates through out the period (until we contacted sales). Though we had these issue we have several Super Logics throughout our company and have had few issues.We will continue to order.

I have been buying Superlogic rack mount PCs for about 2 years now. I install them in rough environments. I have 10 of them out in the field and all are still running. I just bought two more. As always they come pre-setup and make my job easy. The boards I need to install fit nicely (they are large PCI boards). I always get exactly what I expect, in a timely fashion. I would recommend these computers especially for special commercial applications.

Once I got the order in, it was smooth sailing.
