Superior responded in a timely manner after I notified them of the problem. I received a replacement within two weeks. The only question is an email from Carey says I don’t need to return the defective product however the invoice I received with the replacement product states to return it. But there is no RMA information. I am still pleased with Superior. Thanks Joseph Senn
