We placed an order on Friday and received it on Monday despite the automated response from the system saying it would take 3-5 business days. Zev was a great help on the phone and through email. Give this man a raise!!!

The products we ordered is as advertised and we are very happy with them. We had a FedEx delivery issue, and Superior Lighting addressed it right away with a new shipment to replace what went missing. A real person communicated with us multiple times from the moment we initially placed our order, which felt like our needs mattered and any communication would be attended to in an effective and timely manner.
