SVS helped me select the best model for our needs, processed my order quickly and shipped the unit to me in NJ (during a snow storm) without a problem.

Thanks so much!
Smooth experience, they managed the time expectation of receiving the unit. They were very informed on applying HSA funds and the TrueMed process was easy. They were very helpful in completing the purchase and reassuring the quality of the unit. Thank you!

I purchased the Harvia Vega Compact 1.9 KW stove from Sun Valley Saunas. I thought Harvia was a good brand and known to be dependable. But this stove would not heat the sauna above 130F. The sensors needed to be adjusted to get this stove to work properly. While I believe this stove has some design flaws, Wes did his best to ensure I got it up and running and followed up to make sure I was happy with the stove.

Frederic - all sauna heaters use temp sensors and where that temp sensor is placed in your sauna will dramatically impact how the heater operates. This is not specific to the Harvia Vega. We have tech support to help with these issues and as far as I am aware you have not reached out to us to help with any troubleshooting. I am more than happy to have tech support call you to get your sauna working properly - or I can send tech support or an electrician to you to get it working properly. Alternatively, if you aren't happy with the heater you can return it for a full refund. I called you and left a voicemail to discuss the issue. Please call me back if you're interested in working this out. - Wes
Very happy with the Sauna but customer service needed some help. Poor communication on shipping thru the SHOP App. UPDATE: After visiting with Wes from the company who reached out to me after my initial review I changed my 3 stars to 5 because it happened to be over the holidays and shipping had a slight delay. I would suggest when purchasing a SAUNA from them reach out and speak with him or a customer service agent that can verbally tell you when you should expect it to show up. Do not use the SHOP App to track. My problem was with the APP and not the actual store. After a short holiday delay in shipping, i did receive the Sauna and after a few weeks of using it every night I am extremely happy.

Hey Ron - sorry if we didn't do our best communicating with you. We don't use the SHOP App for shipping updates, but freight shipping tracking isn't the greatest. I would love to talk with you to learn about the poor experience you had with our sales team over the phone and am happy to give you a partial refund for the poor service. - Wes, Owner, Sun Valley Saunas
I really appreciated customer service’s quick response and action. The sauna is amazing. I use it everyday. I sleep great and I feel incredible.
