Only reason it’s not 5 stars is it took close to 2 weeks to ship and lack of communication along the way. I called and talked to someone who tracked down my order and gave me an update, so that was good. Overall a very good experience and would buy from them again.

Love the sauna, does everything I expected it to do. It is in my garage and I’m in Pennsylvania so right now my garage temp is around 65-70 degrees. It takes about 20-25 minutes to heat to 125. The only issue I had was with how long it took (30 days) from when I placed the order. The ready to ship 5-8 days was quite deceiving. I had to contact sun valley saunas directly a few times before they finally sent me tracking for the freight. More transparency on how long it takes would be appreciated upfront.

We love our sauna! We use it a few times a week. The only low mark would be that we ordered it December 2nd., and it didn't arrive until January 14th.

We love our sauna! But the expected delivery date was a couple weeks later than anticipated which was a little disappointing. Otherwise we are very pleased with it.

The shipping process was a challenging but it did finally happen. The assembly was about as easy as you can get. It is beautiful on the inside and all 4 sides but the top looks unfinished and it’s right by my stairway and in view. Unfortunately I’m going to need to do something to improve that. That being said I have been loving taking my saunas and using the chromotherapy lighting.

Service overall was prompt and courteous. There was however one glitch in the process. Initially the wrong stove was shipped, which was corrected in a second delivery, resulting in some delay.

The sauna stove was delivered as promised. it was a good price, and arrived in perfect shape. I'm very happy. A bit more communication on the timing of the delivery and wait times would improve the process.
