Meleah explained the integration information, the technical info and communication process to resolve any and all questions related to our solar-related usage. She provided "over-and-above" customer service, explained how to read our solar usage, what to do in case of emergency and how to contact customer service whenever needed in addition to helping us load the app for our solar power. She is exceptional.

The technician who supported our installation was Warren Grennan. Warren was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient, he made sure that our system is not just connected to the house wifi but also connected to the backup network. He has answered all of our questions and showed us how to access the mySunPower app to track the usage and stats. We highly recommend him.

I filled out the questionnaire the company gave me, I told them about installation problems. Damaged roof, extensive yard work that was necessary after they took 3 wks to back fill trench for the cable, that should have been backfilled the same day. They said they would like to contact me about my problems, but didn't get back to me. I have more questions, but am hard of hearing and couldn't find a place I could email for answers
