A great service and help all the way through the process!

I have just booked a property and I am very impressed with the great communication I have received! The website has a live chat option, I found this very useful as I browsed properties, someone was available to answer questions and provide assistance. I am in the US with a 7 hour time difference, even so, live chat was available to me. Excellent customer service and a great choice of reasonably priced properties.

They were very receptive to our needs. The live chat helped a lot. We were able to get real time answers to our questions and they could negotiate with the owner on our behalf for a better rate. It was between them and a hotel that took days to respond - no brainer! Can't wait to see the vila.
