Even though I didn't get the bowl I originally ordered, due to it being backordered for four months, my son loved the bowl we got instead. The customer service promptly answered my emails I had sent checking on my original order and gave me other options. When I finally decided to give up on the original bowl, I received the alternative quickly.

I only stumbled upon Stunned Mind while looking for Christmas gifts for my niece, who loves Anime. But I must say, every time I ordered from here, I've received my packages in a speedy manner. Even during the last holiday, with all them delivery delays, I unexpectedly and happily got my packages in a timely manner. I actually forgot to order an item and put in an order on the 23 or 24 of December knowing that it would not arrive by Christmas, and that was ok, my niece got her package on the 27th. I ordered a replacement item that was broken and received the new one in less than a week. My niece has loved everything I've gotten her from here and that makes me happy.

I absolutely love this website! My daughter loves anime, especially Naurto, on the Stunned Mind website I was able to find the perfect Christmas gifts for her- bento lunch box, hydro flask, and face mask- all of which were Naurto themed. This is a family owned business, and the customer service went above and beyond! In fact, I accidentally entered the wrong address, when I emailed customer service the team responded in a timely manner and Natalie was able to mail the gifts just on time for Christmas. I recently ordered a Naruto mug as part of my boyfriend's Christmas gift. It arrived promptly and he was VERY excited about it. Unfortunately, there was a small crack in the mug and it leaked slightly. I connected with the Stunned Mind team and they were fabulous! Natalie connected with me immediately and helped me through the process of getting the mug replaced. The new mug was shipped to me and, again, arrived quite quickly. Natalie even made sure to follow-up and confirm that I received the mug. I'm so happy with my purchase from Stunned Mind and would definitely recommend! Great products. Even better customer service!

With this pandemic delaying mailing services, online ordering couldn't have been more hectic during the holidays! I ordered a PlayStation mug as a Secret Santa gift but, unfortunately, it kept coming in broken due to packaging issues. HOWEVER, Natalie from the Stunned Mind team was so understanding and accommodating and we were able to work things out! She fixed the packaging issue for future orders and personally sent me a replacement mug with a handwritten apology and a couple extra items to pair with my secret Santa gift! Despite the packaging issue, this was the best customer service I ever experienced! I will definitely be shopping from Stunned Mind again. :)

My son is so happy with his gifts!! When I reached out because I only received one item Natalie reached out immediately to explain the delay with the shipping. She was able to ship the other items in time for Christmas so my son can open them Christmas morning. She also send a personalized card!! Amazing products and customer service!!! Highly recommend! Will definitely continue to shop here. 😊
