Hi Kirk, I’m Olivia, the Customer Support Manager at Dingmun. I’m sorry you were left without updates while waiting for your order. We should have provided clear information about its status, shipment, and expected delivery. I understand how frustrating the wait and uncertainty were. Thank you for sharing your experience and highlighting where our communication fell short. Olivia Customer Support Manager, Dingmun

Hi Jason, Thank you so much for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that the products met your expectations and arrived quickly. We’re sorry for the confusion with the delayed tracking information — this may have been caused by a system update issue, but it has since been corrected. We truly appreciate your support and are happy that you liked the product.
