Great service!

They were amazing!! This was my first time renting strollers when we traveled and I will never take mine again!! (At least to FL) Even though I was so stressed when we arrived they went above and beyond to make life easier on me. Traveling with a 7, 5 and 2 year old as well as twin 7 month olds was stressful enough. Then I was at the wrong side of the airport from where they drop off but the AMAZING guy delivering the double strollers and car seat for my 2 year old walked all the way over to terminal A to bring me the 2 strollers and car seat so my husband and I didn't have to go get them. They even came to pick them up at 4am at the airport! They also had sweet little gifts for each child and had their names on printed tags. The strollers and car seat were in excellent condition and came with a parent console and rain covers which were so handy! I will definitely be renting from them for all future trips to Orlando / Disney!!

The online reservation, confirmation and delivery was perfect. The stroller was very clean and person who delivered it on time was very professional. Thank you for prompting me get the big and small name tag on the stroller, it was very helpful in the stroller parking. The surprise gift was brilliant...my daughter loved it.

Our experience couldn’t have been better. Delivery was right on time and I was surprised to see a stroller that seemed brand new! My kids were comfortable and happy. It made our Disney experience so much better. The price was great and customer service was professional and caring. Thank you so much!

I’m very pleased with my experience . I forgot my stroller and thank god your website came on google search . I hesitate in the beginning but they don’t ask for a credit card number nothing ... I did my reservation via chat since I was having issues doing that online. They delivered the stroller at the hotel and pick up at the hotel. Soooo extremely convenience . You guys totally save me a headache , my one year old was comfortable with the mini city .. all I can say that this company is trustworthy and reliable to any family with small kids . Thanks again
