Received on time and it works great on our stove!

Don’t cover well the stove and don’t hold the liquid spills, very disappointed with the design

Delivery was fine but within a couple of days of installation, near by he burners we frequently use, the product popped up and doesn’t go back down. This affects the advertised protection greatly. We have filed a complaint with you and sent pictures. Update: Stove Guard has contacted me via email and informed me that they are sending a replacement! Let us see if that holds up!

I have not received my purchase of stove guard pro, model 184, ordered on October 5, 2025. My current statement for the credit card shows I was charged. Your email has been the only contact I have received regarding my order. The other emails I have received from Stove Guard have been ads for products they sell. Thank you, Patricia Beard

Did not fit properly used for 1 week and it melted and curled up. They have yet to answer 4 weeks later. Customer service is non existent. I had to charge back with my bank to get my money back. They may have a warranty but they don't have anyone to talk to about it.
