Had an issue where the pen stylus was misaligning in certain software and Evence quickly helped in resolving the matter. Super happy with my Huion Kamvas 16" - especially like the the portability of it.

I bought a huion kamvas pro 12, the cable it shipped with didn't work, which sucked but the support team was super great and shipped me a new cable with little to no hassle! Shout out to Derek for putting up with my questions and responding in a professional manner! Overall bummed out it shipped with a bad cable (These things happen) but 10/10 support and I will definitely be buying from huion again!
