Evence was great and the comments below aren't a reflection on this. I can understand the opening email that links to covering the obvious problems which is probably what affects most people. I presume any answer that wasn't in the list is added to it, especially when it comes to upgrading. The promotion of any new product will focus on improvements far more in comparison to an earlier product where there might be conceived problems. This time it looks like there is an improvement in the cabling and I think this needs to be used as a selling point for those of us having problems.

The pen stopped working and the company asked extra money for the shipping charges of the replacement. However, I raised a ticket about the same, and they waived off the shipping charges, and I got my replacement for free.
