The staff is very friendly and patient . They showed us several configurations of the available storage spaces giving us a lot of information to decide what size unit was best for our storage needs.

Despite calling in advance to make a reservation and once to confirm the reservation, my site was given to someone else. They did find me another space at the same location, but I believe they gave me someone else's site. The agent on-site (Eric, I think) was great.
