Great service and staff

Everything was great. I had no trouble whatsoever. However I think the admin fee that is charged to open the account there is ridiculous and is nothing short of theft from the customer. It’s a disgrace and it should be discontinued. If you need that money it should be prorated across the year in the monthly rate.

I only interacted when I was removing my vehicle. Storage King had just purchased this facility.

spot is great , convenient , my only wish was our own separate code to get in.. everyone using the same code is a little nerve racking , I feel uncomfortable with that

I've used them a while back and with the exception of a HIGHER price change they are normally good at what they do. However upon my most resent rental the unit was NOT cleaned.
