So glad I decided to go with this Storage facility. Joy and Debbie are awesome. So very kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend these folks!

I have used them years ago and had no problem coming back for storage service with them.

On Sunday the west philly store was closed and no one come.

We will not hesitate to call StorageKing any time we may need a place to store important possessions.

The customer service personnel were very helpful and worked hard to get everything I needed, in time in the hot, hot TN weather. My only complaint is that I had had to extend my reservation a few days and when I called I was told it was $100 per day. They never mentioned all the extra daily fees so I ended up paying an additional $70 which I could NOT afford. This was not the fault of that local shop. It's the Penske thing.

Love the facility, love the price. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone.
