I order a new ID holder and a neck clip and recieved it in a timely manner but it wasnt quite what I ordered. I ordered a clear verticle ID holder and got a Horizontal holder instead. Called and was told one would be sent out. Still waiting.

suitcase is lightweight and will stow in overhead sideways. Expandable for longer trips. I bought the 17" to go with it for a 3 week international vacation. Awesome combination.
