I was hoping to get my airline's Logo on my new bag. It was not shown so I called the store directly. Jeff took the time to work with me and my airline to get the logo approved and I can know proudly display my LW bag with my airline logo embroidered on it. Great job!

Service was fine - quick delivery. Price was good, also. Only problem is that the website did not give the hole diameter for the wheels, so I had to hope it was correct. In fact, the holes are a little too large, so I hope I can find spacers.
