I order a replacement luggage piece online from the Stop-Over Store! HOLY SMOKES; the bag was on my door the next day. Granted, I live a 90 minute drive from MSP, but none the less, this is order processing at its' finest hour. The reason I order all my piloting gear from the SOS is that they have yet to let me down in any way. Whenever I stop there: excellent service! Keep up the great work!

Thanks Jeff for the new wheels! One of my original wheels gave up the ghost and started going apart on a work trip sounding like a freight train on the tracks. I ordered your new skate wheels with the required bushings and they came right away. Now my travelpro rolls along like butter with no effort to pull it.
