From the first e-mail contact to placing my order by phone from Latin America the service and kind helpfulness of all employees was outstanding. Many other businesses need to be coached by you! Keep up the good work.

It was a great experience. I ordered a piece of luggage on a Friday night. By Sunday there was still no tracking information so I sent an email to the stop over store. I got a call and a voice message explains politely that the piece would ship Monday and a tracking number would be generated. I loved the personal response. I'll shop here again. The luggage arrived quickly. It was what I ordered and in good shape.

The web site is easy to maneuver and purchasing a FlightCrew4 bag was easy. The bag arrived when it was suppose to. So far, nothing out of the expected behavior of an e-commerce site. Where Stop-Over Store excels is their customer service. After receiving the bag, I realized I'd ordered the wrong size. I emailed support and got a response from Greg Bogut. He responded quickly and had no problem with me returning the bag and sending out the new bag. Greg made sure the whole process went smoothly and he was courteous the entire step of the way. I now have my new bag and am very happy with the merchandise and service offered by Stop-Over Store. I highly recommend them.

The service that I received from Stop-Over Store was absolutely outstanding! First of all, I received the shipping tracking order 50 minutes after I placed my order. Then the luggage that I ordered, with the free shipping option, arrived at my door two days later. You can't get any better than this. I have already recommended Stop-Over Store to my friends.
