Very crooked company been waiting a month for my insoles. They sure took my money and can't get a honest response I'm going to the BBB.

Look at first they were super comfy and great in my shoes. They lasted less than a month and now customer service will not respond. The products are cheap Chinese rubbish. They fell apart in the exact same way my 10 pound pair from Amazon. Now customer service won't respond even after promising to be in touch in 1 day.

Love These Insole's, As I Have Tried Them All!! The Size And Fit Are True To The Advertised Available Sizes!! As A Tradesman, Im On My Feet All Day At The Shop! Floors Are Concrete, And Terrible On Feet, And Backs!! I'm Recommending These To My Coworkers!! As For Myself, Im Sold!!! Will Be Putting Them In All My Footwear! Thank You, Karey A. After making a mistake on my order…. Evelyn in Customer Service came to the RESCUE! After reviewing my concern, she immediately forwarded my update to the appropriate department. She responded immediately. And assured me she would PERSONALLY give my update attention and work with the correct department, I assume SHIPPING?… The interaction was and is VERY PROFESSIONAL. Thank You Stepprs P.S.-Update 13 Jul. 2026.... Just got my Stepprs TODAY! Cannot wait to try them on! Shipping is fast and honest. Emily just responded to my review.... Will buy again.
