This review is on behalf of my husband who recently bought some insoles. Nothing wrong with the insoles themselves but the way stepprs works is not good. They added payment protection to his order through a 3rd party. This was £4.99 and it was done in a sneaky way. Then the payment protection 3rd party sent him an email (deliberately looking like a spam so it went straight to junk) offering a way to cancel the 12 months protection which they would take full payment for. This was an unauthorised transaction.. Within minutes of the junk email arriving the 3rd party took a full £69.99 from his bank. Total scam!!!!. Stepprs of course acted dumb when we contacted them but of course they knew as it was linked to their order total in basket. BUYERS BEWARE. Be careful when ordering.

if you are second guessing buying some i can tell you from experience, i am one of those people hahaha the steppers team is amazing, they reply to emails promptly and fix issues to the best of their ability. I've bought my first pair recently and they are definitely making a change in the way my feet feel throughout the day. the first few days was a bit weird as I've never worn insoles before. but after OMG, walking around anywhere and when i go to the gym they are great. i have also bought them for my partner for his work boots and it makes a difference as he is on his feet for 12 hours a day. best believe i will be buying some more for my other shoes and for my family. :)

I was confused on my order. They answered me in a respectful amount of time. The insoles.. OMG love them! Its like your walking on a cloud. But, a lot of support if you have shoes that aren't comfortable! These make walking worth while!

I couldn't use the product and they returned my money quickly. They respond quickly to any issues you have
