Very thick and comfy insoles! Suffer plantar fasciitis so needed extra padding to cope with the pressure when walking. They are great for what I need and so I even bought a couple more for my other shoes. Quick delivery first time around, a bit longer for the second delivery. However, received and very happy with them.

Like others, I had to wait WEEKS for my delivery. Once received, the insoles are thin, minimal arch support, and absolutely no heel cushion. VERY disappointing. Definitely do not recommend, from a logistics point of view, nor a product point of view. I bought 2 pairs, having believed every word of their social media campaign. Be prepared to be disappointed. Go with 'proper' orthopaedic insoles. I would really love my money back (they weren't cheap) but imagine it's going to be impossible to make my way through their admin and communication. Give this product a wide berth.
