After making use of insoles for most of my life at 81 years old, Stepprs are the best insoles that I have every had. When contacting Stepprs by email the response was quick and sorted my problem even better than I would have expected.

Amazing product and such wonderful customer service I received after ordering the wrong size accidentally! Ordered US mens instead of EU and they sent me out another pair asap. Fantastic

Good service
By Andrew N.
I ordered insoles from them at the beginning of Feb. They charged me for them and didn't send anything. They keep sending "proof" in incoherent English that they did send them. I have been asking for a week now and they are refusing to send a refund, but also not even explaining or acknowledging this. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They have no customer service.

Great customer service great product

I bartend & am on my feet all day. I regularly have foot & back pain when I get home from work. I also walk my dog 6-9 miles each day so my feet take a beating. The first day I used Steppers I was amazed at how much better my feet felt at the end of the day. This continued each day I’ve worn them now. Love this product!

Ordered a set of the massage I soles but I put the wrong address for the delivery. I asked for the address to change straight away but a system error stop the stor from changing the address. They emailed back to confirm the correct address and sent out another delivery. Very impressive!

The soles are very comfortable, the user service is very responsive and helpful. I ordered 2 pairs for my parents in Greece, the first order was somehow lost, I got a new one for free in just a few days after I reported it. Perfect!
