I ordered one batch and got them, and they were great. I have ordered another batch and have not received it. It has been a month since I ordered them.

The insoles are great. They have good support and they're comfortable. They took almost a month to arrive though. Their website clearly says delivery takes 3-8 business days. I had to buy other brands while I was waiting to receive my Stepprs, as I was in pain and needed something sooner than a month!
