I ordered a set of Stepprs. They were the wrong size and the company immediately sent me the right size. No problems, no complaints. The product itself is very comfy. I put them in my most uncomfortable shoes and now I can use those shoes again.

I ordered a pair a few months ago, I do alot of walking for my job. A few months later, they got huge holes in them. I reached out to them and got sent a new pair for free. I've barely had them 2 months and they got holes too. I reached out again and they refused to give me a refund. I will not be ordering from them again

I ordered the wrong size originally. They were great in getting this corrected quickly. The insoles feel very comfortable but didn't really help with curing my plantar fasciitis pain overall.
