This is the 7th set of steppers we have ordered. I bought some Hoka's they hurt my feet. Put a set of steppers and now I can wear them. I have put these steppers in every pair of shoes I wear, and will do so from this day forward. Thank you for a wonderful product. Dave Smock

I had a brand new pair of running/hiking shoes that where unbearably uncomfortable and unwearable. After inserting a pair of Stepprs, they're my favorite footwear now.

I ordered the size that matched my shoes, but unfortunately, they were just a tad too small for me and I couldn't wear them. After contacting customer service, they sent me a new pair free of charge without any problems. It was handled very quickly and the customer service was very friendly.

Hi Lois, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the insoles didn’t offer the support you were looking for. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number — we’d be happy to help with a refund or explore other options. – The Stepprs Team
Being a skeptical 71 year old man with a bad knee from a fall along with plantar fasciitis on same foot as knee problem I ordered a pair of Stepprs before I got them I ordered another pair for myself and one for my wife because of the discounted price. When I got them I found out I had made a mistake and ordered two pairs for my wife, anyway when I did get my pair I put them on and instantly felt relief on my foot and they even helped me with my knee problem. It was easy contacting Stepprs and corrected my mistake. I am very pleased with the results, I will be ordering more.

I bought 5 packs. 1 for my wife, 1 for each of my sons, and 2 for me. We all love them. They definitely help prevent soreness of the feet. Especially if you’re walking a lot or standing for long periods. This was our first purchase. They can’t be compared to the type that come from the doctor or that may be at that $50 each mark but they are comfortable. I will purchase again.

While they haven't 'cured' my plantar problem, they have made my day much more comfortable when combined with good quality sneakers. I am buying another pair so I don't have to keep moving between shoes. I am now buying my shoes a half size bigger to accommodate the stepper.
