I ordered these and pay for the pair. I thought they would be worth it even though they seemed expensive. They have zero support and immediately flatten. So very disappointed

I ordered the insoles to help with Plantar Fasciatis. They arrived in the time stated. I wore them for 1 day and they dont provide the level of support as they claim to do. They are expensive spongy insoles. Part of the reason I bought them was because of the 90 day money back guarantee. When I have asked for a refund I have been told that I can have a 40% refund or send them back at my cost (which will be more expensive than taking the 40% refund route). Misleading and false advertising when the 90 day refund is on their main page, the refunds section of the website and the product page. I have pushed back and I am hoping for a resolution but all is not as it seems.

They seem to flatten out from prolong standing. But when i took my shoes off they came back to normal.
