I love them. I have been using my Stepper for 3 months now. I’ve have never owned such good insoles and I’ve tried plenty of other brands to help with foot problems. I will definitely be buying some more as they are not expensive. Thank you

The product is great! The problem is with the delivery. I ordered on 09/14/2025 and didn’t get my delivery until 09/25/2025. And, while I was notified that the order was delivered, it had been placed in my mailbox which is not legal for products shipped by other than US mail. I had to go to the Post Office and pay $7.10 in postage due because the delivery driver was too lazy to take the package the extra 15 steps to put the package by my door where it should have been placed. All things considered, I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Not only have these inserts been great at reducing the constant pain I have from just standing and walking around, their customer service is top notch. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they were instantly able to correct my mistake at no extra cost to me. It's a shame they are going out of business.

This company is keeping it simple but yet very affordable. I like the style and look as well as the feeling of being able to walk for long periods and not having to sit because my feet are hurting.

Customer service has been very helpful. The insoles are comfortable.
