So far not so painful. I work 11 hours a day so we shall see how they hold up a few weeks from now. I usually have to change my insoles almost everyday. So far I've only been using steppers and they bubble cushion does help for now, but for how long? We shall see. I bought two pairs hopefully they'll last a few months

I have tried so many inserts and these are the only ones that helped my plantar fasciitis !

They did absolutely nothing for my foot pain . When I asked for a refund I was told unless I post them back to chine I can only have 40%. Your ad is very misleading and it’s money I can’t afford to lose . Basically it’s preying on the vulnerable . Not impressed Update: After posting this review steppers have been in touch and refunded the difference . So I’ve now received a full refund.

I bought the insoles for my plantar fasciitis and sorry but it did not help me at all. No arch support. Just extra cushion compared to normal insoles inside my sneakers.

Initially, they felt good but after two wears, they’re useless and did not help with the planner facia. My initial opinion I actually bought two for my daughter and have yet to ask her how they are working for me, were useless.
