Awful customer service! Responses are all automated emails and never answer questions. Initial tracking number not recognised and provided a totally different tracking number after I threatened to complain to Ombudsman. Took much longer than stated to deliver. Ordered on 21st Nov, 4-6 days delivery, arrived 9th Dec!!!!

Although it took a while to receive the inserts,they immediately changed my mood when I stepped into my shoes. I even tried them in a very uncomfortable pair of boots I have and it completely changed the feel. I highly recommend this product. I even ordered two more.

Don't buy off stepprs if you live in Australia its a scam with there delivery system literally a joke full of lies red flags are showing, "couldn't deliver due to no where safe" sent numerous emails to no reply for a refund, stay clear

Ordered my insoles two weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. The tracking number provided isn’t valid. I suspect I have been scammed as other reviews say similar. Don’t waste your money!
