Avoid This Company Ordered and paid for two pairs. Finally received order after a month to find one packet of insoles to have two left feet only (no right foot). Many emails back and forth with photos which they ask for of the two left feet only. However no response from this company regarding receiving a right foot insole to rectify my order.

I've been trying to get a refund for weeks now. I go through all the steps on the website with the response that someone will contact you within 24 hours to no avail. I even texted with the automated response bot, which said I ordered my inserts in January, and not November which would kill my refund due to it being over 90 days.

Rispondo alla mail, e mi dicono che se non rispondo chiudono il ticket, MA VI HO RISPOSTO!! Insomma un incubo, 50€ buttati nel …

Ordered and paid for 5 pairs, finally recieved tracking which i could not access ! It asked me to match an image that had no match 🤔 to prove i was human. Dispite contacting Evelyn at customer services on several occasions and being promised it would be looked at etc etc..nothing, no delivery, no tracking, nothing ! I had to retire my money via credit card company in the end. Avoid these deceitful thieves

I dot trust this company...Never sent a real tracking number then got one from China using "17 Track"! They have a chat that wants to charge me $$ to talk to a technician about my delivery / order. Cont. to wait to no avail....

Never got my order sent emails and would be told someone will get back to me and no one does. It's been over a month since I placed my order. I requested a refund since I never got the product no response. Will never order from them again. Horrible customer service.
