Stepprs are hands-down one of the coolest stocking stuffers I’ve come across! Super fun, well-made, and surprisingly addictive. They’re a great way to fix boredom and keep hands busy, whether for kids or adults. Everyone who’s tried them ends up wanting their own. Perfect little gift that actually gets used—highly recommend!

Awful! Hurt my ankles! Absolutely no support! Support kept stringing me along when I tried to get my money back and finally honored their money back guarantee when I suggested getting my credit card company involved...

Ordered a pair 30th November and still not arrived. Keep being fobbed off by Evelyn saying ‘they’re on their way’ - but tracking shows they haven’t budged since the order was placed. Have sent my 8th/9th email, but assuming will receive the standard reply. No insoles and no money - not a way to conduct business. BE WARNED!

**EDIT** Turns out they ARE a real company, as I've received the insoles today. So I stand corrected. However, it took 63 days, 8 emails with customer services, and wild goose chases to the post office (per their instructions) in order to get them. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! I thought they were legitimate because of all the reviews and comments, but do not give them your money! Husband ordered these beginning of November with an estimated delivery date of November 24. They even provided a "tracking number". It got frozen on "en route" after a couple days. When they didn't arrive he emailed customer service and was told there was a delay because of the amount of orders. Fair enough. Waited another week, same thing. Then they changed it to "delivered" on Dec. 13. They weren't. Nothing. My husband has sent several emails by now and we even checked the post office. At this point we have just asked for a refund which they are refusing to do. (How can they have a money back guarantee if you don't like the product, but no money back guarantee when they don't even ship it to you?). Do not fall for this.

Na een bezorgmoment die niet aangekomen is. Slechte communicatie met stepprs. Bezorg fout licht bij pakketbezorgers en geven ook aan het pakket kwijt te zijn. Na meerdere mails met stepprs nu geen reactie meer.

This company is only good at advertising online and on social media platforms. Quality it is equivalent to what you can buy at major stores, only difference is Steppers are over priced. Website said shipping would take 4-6 days, these took 19 days to arrive! Turns out they ship directly from China. When I asked them to cancel my order they just said we are doing to get your order to you. Everytime I asked for a refund, my request was completely ignored.

It took almost 2 months to get to me. Their customer service , I would rate a C- . They responded but was no help at all and simply ignored my request for a refund. But I just got the stepprs and I gotta say this product is AMAZING!!!! I WILL buy again only because the product really is A+ .
