These are amazing insoles, I bought my first pair over a year ago and they are still in perfect condition (apart from a bit of wear on the fabric). I have just bought a second pair for use in other shoes and on comparison they are exactly the same, the original ones haven't compacted or lost shape at all. I have had all different types of insoles to try and help my feet/ankles and these are hands down the best!

My experience was great. I enjoy the insoles. I wore a hole in one of them just after a couple months, but I contacted customer service and they offered to replace them for me. Hopefully the next pair holds up longer

The product was as shown and it felt amazing

Order was sent promptly however the insoles themselves are like marshmallows. I can’t believe that they have helped anyone. I have since invested in orthotics which are far superior. While the Steppers were cheaper, they were and absolute waste of money. In short I got ripped off by a well promoted and styled product. The glowing reviews on their site must be fake.
